Magnetic Box Maintenance Notice Manual
1. Before using the magnetic box, check whether the bottom of the magnetic block and the platform are clean and flat. If there are foreign objects at the bottom of the magnetic box, stainless steel can be used Steel scraper cleaning (iron scraper will be adsorbed and cannot be cleaned), if there are substances that are difficult to clean such as concrete, it can be used Polisher to clean up.
2. In the process of use, it should be handled with care to avoid being dropped at will, which will easily cause the internal rupture of the magnet and the welding structure. of damage. The mold table is kept clean to prevent impurities from being sucked into the magnet block, blocking the stroke and reducing the performance of the magnetic force.
3. During use, try to avoid hitting with an iron hammer, and use a softer material such as a rubber hammer to place it. like If the magnetic box is not in place, use a crowbar to disassemble the magnetic box, and then reposition it. Do not hit hard with an iron hammer to locate it. In this way, the welding structure of the magnetic box is easily damaged, and it is easy to cause the welding structure to fall off and damage the magnetic box.
4. When the magnetic box is installed in the mold, completely loosen the screws. After the bayonet clamps the mold, press and fix it with screws. After use, Clean the dust and concrete on the screws, so as not to cause the next use, the screws cannot be fastened and screwed.
5. After use, use a stainless steel brush to remove foreign objects on the surface of the magnetic block, and try to apply some anti-rust oil on the surface to avoid the magnetic block To prevent corrosion and oxidation of the surface, try to place it on the shelf in a ventilated and cool place to avoid soaking in water. Avoid high ambient temperature magnetic phenomenon.
6. The operating temperature of the magnetic box is not higher than 80 degrees, and it will cause demagnetization if it is too high. During use, try to step on the pressure switch with your foot. Avoid hitting it with an iron hammer.
